How do you decristalliize honey?
Our honey is completely natural and its crystallization testifies to its authenticity!
Crystallization is a natural process that takes place over time due to the interaction between water and glucose.
We bring the honey back to the liquid state a few easy and simple moves:
- 1. Fill a pot with water in half and bring it to a boil.
- 2. Once the water is brought to a boil, move the pot from the hot stove and soak the open jar inside, keeping sure it is not submerged entirely.
- 3. Allow 5 minutes to pass and check that the crystals have melted, if necessary repeat the process.
Now that honey has returned to the liquid state enjoy it over cheese during an aperitif with friends or at breakfast smeared on the biscuit slices for a genuine morning charge.
Perfect also as a sweetener for both hot and cold drinks.
