The passito is a sweet liqueur wine typically drunk in the after meal with dry biscuits and fruit tarts but it is also recommended as an aperitif.

The vines that make up are Trebbiano, Malvasia and White Canaiolo.

It is characterized by a golden yellow color with a fresh fruit scent and a sweet and harmonious flavor.

Its harvest is handmade by choosing the best bunches and then moving on to withering of 3 months in the fruiti. The winemaking takes place in refrigerated vats with a short wooden passage.
