Its harvest is done by hand by choosing the best bunches and then moving on to the drying of 3 months in the fruit rooms. Vinification takes place in chestnut or oak barrels for 3 years.
The Vin Santo is golden yellow in color with a hint of honey with a sweet and harmonious flavor.

Serving temperature = 17°C/19°C - 62°F/66°F

Recommended pairing with almond cantucci, fruit tarts and dry biscuits.
