The Tuscan red wine IGT is composed of 50% Sangiovese and Canaiolo grapes.

It is harvested in September and left to ferment at low tempers with the care of leaving the skins in maceration only for a few hours so that you have only the shade of color and very few tans.

Not being suitable for aging is drunk young and fresh.

Perfect to accompany first light dishes, fresh cheeses and white meats.
