It is a very resistant wood and it is perfect for use in the kitchen.

It has also received a treatment making it suitable for food use and thanks to its material you will not risk damaging your pots and pans, scratching them.

To maintain its beauty, wash it by hand with warm water and mild soap. Avoid washing it with abrasive sponges or in the dishwasher or leaving it soaking for a long time.
